Junior School Science Demonstration
As part of National Science Week, our Junior School students were treated to a Science demonstration presented by our resident mad scientist, Mr Van Der Kwast!
The demonstration started off with a bang as students learned how to push a pin into a balloon without it popping (after a few failed attempts). The audience was captivated by colourful chemical reactions and a "magical” genie appearing in the form of water vapor and oxygen. They also had a great time lighting bubbles on fire and learning more about various chemicals and elements.
This hands-on Science demonstration was hugely popular with our students and we hope they learned a thing or two about the magical world of Science!
