Core Leadership

At the helm of our College is our Core Leadership Team, responsible for strategic planning and the overarching vision of the College. Head of Years:

The pastoral care of each student is entrusted to our dedicated Head of Years. These leaders focus on the well-being of students, ensuring they feel comfortable, healthy, and supported in their learning environment. By closely monitoring student progress and addressing individual needs, Head of Years build strong relationships with students and families, creating a nurturing and inclusive community.

To encourage academic growth and subject-specific excellence, our Heads of Learning Areas provide targeted leadership within their disciplines.
