Empowering Students Through Active Lifestyles and Real-World Experiences

At Mother Teresa Catholic College, our Health, Sport, and Outdoor Education program is designed to promote physical well-being, personal growth, and a love of the outdoors. Through a dynamic and inclusive curriculum, students are encouraged to build resilience, leadership, and teamwork skills while engaging in a broad range of physical activities and real-life learning experiences.

From skill-building in physical education classes to adventurous camps and outdoor excursions, students explore the importance of an active and healthy lifestyle in a supportive and values-based environment.

Highlights of the Program Include:

  • Diverse Sporting Opportunities:
Students can take part in a wide variety of sports across all year levels, learning essential fitness and game skills while fostering sportsmanship and camaraderie.

  • Interschool Representation:
Talented and enthusiastic athletes are offered opportunities to represent the College at interschool competitions, including:

    • Rockingham Kwinana Associated Schools (RKAS)

    • Associated & Catholic Colleges (ACC) sporting events

  • Camps and Outdoor Education:
Our outdoor education experiences promote problem-solving, environmental awareness, and personal development. These memorable experiences help students step out of their comfort zones and form lasting bonds with peers.

  • Health Education:
We equip students with the knowledge and tools to make informed decisions about their physical, mental, and emotional well-being, preparing them to lead balanced and healthy lives.

Through this holistic program, students at Mother Teresa Catholic College not only build physical competence but also learn valuable life skills that support their growth both within and beyond the classroom.
