Year 5 Fremantle Prison Excursion

On Thursday 1 September, our Year 5 students visited Fremantle Prison yesterday, accompanied by their teachers.

The students had a fabulous and somewhat surprising and shocking experience as they learnt what really went down inside the cell walls of Fremantle Prison throughout the convict establishment and prisoner years.

Some key areas of interest were seeing inside the cells, learning about the punishments of the prisoners who were brave enough to escape and what prisoner life was really like...
